Summary

As generative AI rapidly flooded the market, emerging startup DALPHA faced the challenge of making its technology and expertise stand out.

LinkUp repositioned DALPHA beyond the vague “AI Daiso” label, establishing it as a leading AI agent company for enterprise AX.

As a result, monthly media coverage increased 4.7x in just eight months, helping DALPHA build strong brand momentum ahead of its Series A funding.

Challenge

As an early-stage startup with strong technical capabilities, DALPHA faced a significant challenge in establishing a clear market position and communicating its expertise.

In a rapidly expanding AI market, DALPHA lacked a distinct industry position, while labels such as “AI Daiso” and “AI Studio” diluted its identity as a B2B solution provider.

As an early-stage company, DALPHA had limited revenue figures and major customer case studies that could be publicly shared with the media. Its media coverage was also largely focused on events, recruitment, and educational programs, making it difficult for journalists to fully understand the company’s expertise.

  • Establish a clear industry position beyond the vague “AI Daiso” label

  • Build credibility despite limited publicly available revenue and customer references

  • Shift from event-driven coverage to expertise-led communications

Strategy

LinkUp repositioned DALPHA from an early-stage startup seeking investment to an AI agent company delivering solutions for enterprise AX.

Replacing the 'AI Daiso' image, we defined Dalpha as an AI agent company responsible for enterprise AX and emphasized its B2B enterprise expertise.

Instead of abstract technical descriptions, we foregrounded customer results such as a 10% increase in conversion rate and a 75% reduction in quotation time, while leading the conversation on AI agents as essential to business survival.
